This supportive 4-week course is designed specifically for postnatal women who want to rebuild strength, restore confidence in their bodies, and ease back into movement safely.
Each session blends strength training and cardio, helping you reconnect with your body, improve core and pelvic floor function, and gradually build your fitness in a realistic, sustainable way.
